Minimum Purchase Policy

  •   Online Store has a $10 MINIMUM purchase requirement for all orders. Please note, this minimum does not include shipping and handling charges.

Order Processing

  • All   Online Store orders will be processed the next business day.

  • 2nd Day shipping and Next Day shipping orders will also be processed the next business day.

  • Weekends and Holidays do not count as business days nor do they count as shipping days.

Shipping Methods

  • STANDARD SHIPPING:  3 TO 7 business days

  • 2nd DAY SHIPPING:       2 business days from shipping date

  • NEXT DAY SHIPPING:    Next business day from shipping date

Shipping and Handling Charges

The shipping charge is calculated based on the total weight of the package as well as the delivery address. In addition, a small handling fee will also be included in the shipping charge.

Returns need to be sent via Fed-Ex Ground, UPS, or insured parcel for your protection. These shipping methods will insure proper delivery confirmation. Please include, inside the box, your   Online Store receipt. Return shipping fees are not refundable.

If any damages occur during shipping, save the box and merchandise, and notify us immediately at (305) 262-3721. The carrier will inspect and pick up the damaged package and the merchandise will be replaced.
